Cloud Solution Expert - Join a Dynamic Team of Professionals
Job DescriptionThe role involves working as a Cloud Solution Expert to deliver top-notch customer experiences and quality assessment services. This position plays a critical part in our team, driving organizations to achieve their strategic goals through roadmap development.
Key Responsibilities- Presales, Kickoff, and Scoping: Understanding customers' business objectives and technical requirements, articulating the relevant benefits and outcomes realized through a Cloud Assessment.
- Discovery: Identifying the optimal cloud platform to achieve stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery.
- Analysis: Completing analysis of collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report.
- Presentation: Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations in an appropriate summary form to relevant customers and stakeholders.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Ensuring seamless customer transitions into post-assessment actions with relevant teams.

Requirements- 3-5 years of practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in cloud solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences, positioning cloud solutions and value propositions to potential new customers.
- Strong comprehension of cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions and related subject matters.
- Assessment discovery platforms - practical experience assisting customers deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage stated platforms.
- Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer cloud migration reasons and goals.
- Desirable: Experience in deploying cloud solutions and architectural design.
- Ability to manage timely delivery of multiple complex projects concurrently.
- Team player with a learning mindset, able to learn fast and deliver assignments.
- History of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, quickly digesting diverse subject matter.
- Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills.
- Working familiarity with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, interacting with and reporting on data.
- Self-direction and focus on quality, applying independent judgment to accomplish objectives.
- Experience in IT, Systems Administration, Windows or Linux OS, Networking, etc.
We partner closely with Microsoft to accelerate customer cloud journeys through comprehensive Solution Assessment offerings. These assessments align with Microsoft's business priorities and technology strategy, helping customers understand their current state and define actionable cloud adoption roadmaps.
