We are seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to collaborate with our sales team and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and architecting IT solutions, as well as working with large enterprise customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for understanding client-specific requirements and proposing customized technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client-specific requirements and propose customized technical solutions.
  • Design and implement new systems and software within clients' IT environments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Participate in post-sales calls/activities with large customers to ensure continuity and success.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in designing and architecting IT solutions.
  • Experience working with multiple technology companies selling into enterprise accounts.
  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of web protocols and security.
  • The ability to analyze and solve problems independently and within cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with file-sharing solutions.
