Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Analysis
    • Understand the needs and preferences of quality-conscious and style-forward individuals.
    • Conduct research on product features, benefits, and differentiators to craft compelling messaging.
    • Evaluate competitors and industry trends in terms of concept, style, and functionality.
  • Listing Optimization
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
    • Utilize keyword research to enhance titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
  • Advertising Strategy
    • Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
    • Monitor and optimize performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
    • Use data insights to inform ad strategy and improve performance.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and reviews.
    • Use customer feedback to guide product and service enhancements.
    • Partner with Customer Service to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements and Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Deep understanding of Amazon ads and listing optimization principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Soft Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Low ego, high resilience, and strong appetite for testing and iteration.
  • Passion for advertising and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with high-quality work.
