Senior Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Marketing Strategist to develop and execute our overall marketing strategy.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a key player in driving our business forward through effective marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with expertise in social media management, email marketing, SEO, and project management.

The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for leading and managing various marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Creating and managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
Social Media Management

You will be responsible for developing and executing a robust social media strategy across all relevant platforms. This includes creating and curating engaging content that resonates with our target audience, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Email Marketing

You will plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. This includes segmenting and managing email lists, analyzing campaign performance, and providing insights for continuous improvement.

Website Management

You will oversee the management and optimization of our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand and marketing goals. This includes working with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for SEO, and regularly updating website content to reflect current marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Additionally, you will develop and implement an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. This includes conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and monitoring and analyzing SEO performance.

As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you will lead and manage various marketing projects from conception to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across all channels, preparing regular reports on key marketing metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
