Job Overview:

  • As a Marketing Strategist, you will develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • You will ensure a positive client experience and maximize campaign performance through strategic planning and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and goals.
  2. Develop and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  3. Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns.
  4. Communicate insights and reports on performance to clients.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their marketing efforts.
  6. Work with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts.
  7. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients to increase revenue and client engagement.
Key Outcomes & Accountabilities
  1. Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs.
  2. Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  3. Client Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies.
  4. Performance Tracking: Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns.
  5. Team Alignment: Ensure all team members have clear instructions and are aligned with the overall strategy.
