Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage cost of goods sold, inventory demand planning, and assist clients with ad-hoc pricing/margin analysis.
  • Support client account onboarding and configure client accounting systems.
  • Develop long-term client relationships through regular communication and timely support.
  • Manage retail operational accounting including issuing invoices, reconciling discounts and chargebacks, collecting deposits, and matching accounts receivables.
  • Track and manage reconciliation schedules for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liabilities/expenses, and deferred revenue.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable and respond to day-to-day client/vendor inquiries.
  • Assist in month-end accounting functions, account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Controller to prepare financial reports and analysis for leadership and coordinate work with external partners and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting or a related field, or an equivalent certification.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and experience with inventory accounting is required.
