We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive sales professional to handle inbound sales for retailers across the APAC region.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with merchants to build strong relationships, provide tailored solutions, and help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to understand customer needs and tailor sales strategies that add value
  • Build rapport and actively listen to customers to maximise account growth
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial engagement to upsell opportunities
  • Demonstrate sales solutions, including retail POS products and upgrades
  • Drive reactive sales opportunities to meet monthly targets

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and can confidently engage with customers and stakeholders. If you have experience in solution-based sales and proficiency in sales tools and platforms, we'd love to hear from you.
