Job Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented financial professional to join our team as a Bookkeeper.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and categorize daily financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry and reconciliations.
- Maintain an organized general ledger and reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly.
- Support retail accounting tasks, including inventory tracking and cost-of-goods-sold allocations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to generate financial statements and identify trends for cost optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in retail or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel required.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
