Job Title: Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor

About the job:

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring sales growth and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities include setting up merchandise displays, managing store inventory, greeting and serving customers, recruiting and training employees, and maintaining a safe work environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who can provide effective leadership and guidance to our team members.

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • 5 Year(s) of working experience in Retail Industry.
  • Required Skill(s): Excellent Organizational Skills, Leadership and Communications Skills, People Management Skills, Coaching Skills, Merchandising Skills
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Amenable to work in Sto. Tomas Davao Del Norte.
