Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Finance, Machine Learning, Operations Management Team Office, and Quality teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Translate business strategies and initiatives into actionable plans and scenarios.
  • Conduct data analysis and querying to inform forecasting efforts and drive business decisions.
  • Create and maintain forecasting dashboards and reports to facilitate data visualization and interpretation.
  • Oversee the management of forecasting tools and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Customize forecasting tools to meet specific team needs and requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Lead the development of forecasting models and algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
