As a senior analyst in technology strategy, you will play a key role in shaping business initiatives. You will be part of a dynamic team that thrives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage global process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain performance reports to support continuous improvement.
  • Implement and monitor improvements using robust control planning measures.
  • Communicate project performance across all organizational levels.
  • Create and deliver stakeholder presentations with supporting documentation.
  • Recommend and implement process standards and methodologies, providing Lean Six Sigma expertise.
  • Support departmental improvements in tools and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with 5+ years of hands-on experience in process improvement.
  • Experience working in remote teams with a flexible mindset.
  • Strong background in IT process improvement and project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
