Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Partnership Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, preferably within a regulated environment such as fintech, crypto, trading, or CFDs.

  • KOL and Affiliate Management
    • Proactively establish relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers/Brands/YouTubers) to expand our affiliate network
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Negotiate and onboard affiliates, ensuring smooth integration and timely paperwork
    • Maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build long-term partnerships
    • Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance ROI
    • Develop and implement promotional campaigns focused on maximizing returns
    • Create detailed reports using internal data to track and optimize affiliate performance
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging KOLs
    • SEO/Backlink Strategy
      • Collaborate with external vendors to build backlinks and implement link-building strategies
      • Track and maintain Tap's backlink profile to ensure healthy link structures
      • Research the crypto ecosystem and find new link opportunities using advanced search techniques and competitor backlink analysis
    • Requirements:
      • A professional recommendation letter from the most recent employer is mandatory
      • Must be able to demonstrate verifiable performance data or case studies of previous success
      • Key qualities: Proactivity, independence, accountability
    Key Skills & Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with verifiable results (working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers)
    • Proven ability to build and manage affiliate/influencer partnerships that drive ROI
    • Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking
    • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
    • Fluent, flawless English—both written and spoken
    • Spanish as a second language is a plus, but not mandatory
    • Experience in crypto, fintech, CFD, or trading is highly preferred
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects
    • Must be flexible with working hours to coordinate with global partners
