Marketing Specialist Opportunities

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.

Your primary focus will be on paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing. You will analyze performance metrics, optimize ad targeting, and manage budgets to achieve business objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business goals
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions
  • Create engaging content and messaging to resonate with target audiences
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate marketing efforts with sales and customer service initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and campaign management
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
