As a Senior User Interface Designer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design of both a consumer-facing aged care mobile app and a platform for healthcare professionals and systems. You will work closely with engineering, product, and clinical teams to deliver user-friendly, scalable solutions that meet the unique needs of the aged care market.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with at least 2 years designing health or medical tech products. They will also have experience designing for older adults (ages 65 to 80) with a strong focus on accessibility and usability. Proficiency in Figma is required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Designing a consumer-facing aged care mobile app and a platform for health systems and healthcare professionals
  • Using Figma as your primary design tool

  • Conducting design research and user analysis to understand our diverse user groups, especially older adults
  • Creating accessible, high-contrast, readable, and intuitive interfaces that meet the unique needs of the aged care market
  • Establishing a design system and clear, review-ready workflows for easy feedback and approvals
  • Contributing to marketing design (e.g., website, video, flyer assets) as needed
