Job Title: Mortgage Broker Admin Support

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the mortgage application process from post-appointment stage to post-settlement support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage loan applications ensuring a seamless experience for brokers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Accurately input loan applications, borrower information, and relevant data into the system.
  • Organize, scan, file, and retrieve crucial loan documents according to established procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with borrowers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate the loan application process.
  • Provide administrative support to Australian Brokers and stakeholders, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Australian Admin, Real Estate Virtual Assistant, or similar roles with a financial services or mortgage industry background.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with borrowers, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for handling documentation and correspondence.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities; capable of multitasking and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
