Accounting Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administrative tasks, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform Accounts Payable and Receivable for the Marketing team
  • Enter invoices in the spreadsheet to MYOB company
  • Categorize invoices by department and portfolio auction depending on expenditure
  • Process invoices
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Input data per company

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an Accounting Administration role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Outlook)
  • Intermediate level in MS Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines and show high attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
