Responsibilities:
- Review and validate customer-submitted documents against provided information
- Assess eligibility based on a defined set of criteria and client guidelines
- Approve or deny requests based on established eligibility requirements
- Verify and qualify eligible customers for US and language-specific queue
- Execute ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors or higher management
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathic personality
- Good organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Basic technical skills—able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications with ease
- Willingness to work in Makati City
