This role is responsible for managing sales documentation, coordinating communication between clients and sales personnel, and maintaining our CRM system to ensure data accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to gather and understand their product needs
  • Convert customer requirements into accurate quotes
  • Collaborate with vendors and distributors for pricing and deal registration
  • Discuss quotes with customers and secure their approval
  • Coordinate as necessary with internal team members
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their purchases
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
