Help Desk Technician

About the Role
The Help Desk Technician position at Asia Select, Inc. (ASI) is ideal for individuals who possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and cost-effective resolutions to technical issues within specified service level agreements.
- Apply a high level of technical expertise to diagnose infrastructure and network issues, and support both 1st and 2nd line requests effectively.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the organization's IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Utilize industry-leading tools and technologies to manage and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of industry-standard help desk software and tools.
Work Schedule: Flexible hours to accommodate UK time zone
Work Setup: Onsite at our Makati office
