Our organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support one or more executives at a skilled trades company.

The ideal candidate will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, organize emails, assist with reporting, and handle a variety of administrative tasks. The successful applicant will be a strong communicator, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders
  • Organize inboxes, respond to emails, and prioritize communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, or meeting notes as needed
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including virtual logistics
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense tracking (when applicable)
  • Assist with project coordination, team communications, and deadline tracking
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and project management tools
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
  • Experience supporting leadership in a service-based or trades company is a plus
