Role

The Trade Marketer will execute a short-term, intensive marketing activation program for vape products in designated trade channels. The role focuses on merchandising, compliant in-store promotions, and collaboration with retail partners to boost visibility and sales, in accordance with R.A. No Vape Law) and company policies.

Responsibilities:


•Implement approved point-of-sale (POS) materials and vape product displays in compliance with the Vape Law and brand guidelines.


•Coordinate with store owners/managers to set up legal and compliant product placements and promotions.


•Educate trade partners on lawful selling practices, including the prohibition of sales to minors and compliance with packaging/warning requirements.


•Monitor compliance of assigned outlets with R.A e.g., no advertising targeting minors, proper health warnings displayed).


•Track competitor activities and share timely updates with the marketing team.


•Submit daily activity reports covering display execution, inventory movement, and any observed compliance issues.


•Represent the brand professionally and ethically at all times.

Requirements:

· Experience in trade marketing, merchandising, or retail activation preferred.

· Preferably with Motorcycle

· Knowledge of R.A provisions, particularly on product promotion and retail restrictions for vape products (training will be provided).

· Good communication skills and ability to engage with trade partners.

· Physically fit for fieldwork and merchandising activities.

· Detail-oriented with strong reporting discipline.
