We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker who can develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to our business needs.

  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy that drives direct booking and occupancy growth
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels
  • Optimise our online presence - oversee website content/design, SEO, and social media platforms
  • Collaborate with leadership to prepare budgets and cost proposals for strategy implementation
  • Work closely with sales to create promotional offers/packages that drive occupancy
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, online booking platforms, and strategic partners
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to refine marketing and sales approaches

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hotel or hospitality industry, with experience in sales and marketing. They will be comfortable advising senior leadership while also rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy that drives direct booking and occupancy growth
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels
  • Optimise our online presence - oversee website content/design, SEO, and social media platforms

Sales and Partnerships:

  • Collaborate with leadership to prepare budgets and cost proposals for strategy implementation
  • Work closely with sales to create promotional offers/packages that drive occupancy
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, online booking platforms, and strategic partners

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to refine marketing and sales approaches
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare monthly KPI reports, and recommend data-driven improvements
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing within the hospitality or hotel industry.

Proven track record in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Strong knowledge of hotel booking platforms, digital marketing, and brand positioning.

Experience in sales or business development in the hospitality sector is highly advantageous.

Website design and content management experience (WordPress or similar preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.

Strong budget management and KPI reporting skills.

Creative mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Professional, mature, and confident when advising senior stakeholders.
