Job Overview

    In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the execution of projects, driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction within CoverGo's portfolio.

  • Forge and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders through proactive communication.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions with internal teams and client staff to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Support solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and proof-of-concepts, thereby enhancing business opportunities.
  • Participate in proposal and POC processes, including design, submission, and review, to guarantee timely completion.
  • Collaborate with the team to create contracts and related communication with clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
  • Identify and secure growth opportunities for existing clients by analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Monitor project progress, adapting work as required to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Guarantee that all projects are completed on time, meeting specified requirements and expectations.
  • Host regular project reviews, providing key metrics about team and project status using established performance indicators.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Recognize and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies to mitigate potential obstacles and optimize project outcomes.
