We are seeking an accomplished accounting and taxation leader to spearhead our payments and banking segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of daily tax operations with precision and accuracy.
  • Lead BIR audits, defend our tax positions, and minimize assessments.
  • Develop and refine processes to ensure full compliance with tax regulations.
  • Provide strategic tax advice to business units, partners, and leadership.
  • Built a team of tax champions with integrity and technical depth.
  • Manage daily accounting for payments and banking operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate P&L and balance sheet closures.
  • Pursue continuous improvements in accounting processes and systems.
  • Advise stakeholders on accounting standards and best practices.
  • Lead accounting-related projects from planning to execution.
  • Mentor future accounting leaders with a focus on excellence and growth.
Requirements:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
  • A minimum of 10 years of solid experience in accounting and taxation.
  • Extensive experience in BIR discussions and audit processes—must be able to confidently handle regulatory engagements and compliance matters.
  • Favorable background in payments and digital banking.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in modern accounting tools and platforms.
  • A proven track record in mentoring teams and leading with impact.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
