About this role:

The Document Control Expert will be responsible for maintaining approvers and notifications for all projects, supporting business users in organizing and cleaning project data, checking and processing pre- and post-approval of workflows, planning and executing master data consolidation, checking and processing IPMR workflows, BOM extension of subassemblies, releasing and processing WFs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • "
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related STEM field;"
  • Willingness to work night shift for 5 days every month;"
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 and understanding relevant data tables is a significant plus, but not mandatory;"
  • Ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively;"
  • Ability to work and influence others from different functional areas;"
  • Proficient in data analysis, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant software)."
