Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer to spearhead the creation of intuitive digital experiences for our clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design principles and best practices, with extensive experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools like Figma. They will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into engaging user experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a consistent UX design process for digital products and services
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify user needs and priorities
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Creatings detailed design specifications and guidelines
  • Communicating design solutions to stakeholders and team members
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in UX Design, preferably in a fintech environment
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A portfolio showcasing your UX design work
