We are seeking a skilled HR professional to support our HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with the Human Resources Manager and VP of HR in supporting our HR function.

This position carries out responsibilities in supporting the following functional areas:

  • HR policies and procedures updates;
  • Benefits administration;
  • Employee relations;
  • Training maintenance and assistance;
  • Performance management;
  • Onboarding;
  • Policy implementation;
  • Recruitment;
  • Diversity and inclusion initiatives;

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Human Resources management, with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations;
  • Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
