Job Description:
A highly skilled and innovative professional is required to lead our recruitment marketing efforts across North America.
The ideal candidate will oversee a team of professionals responsible for developing and executing talent attraction strategies, collaborating with various teams to meet the hiring needs of our complex recruiting environment, and driving results-oriented performance.
This role requires a deep understanding of the US/Canada talent market, sourcing channels, and the ability to manage a remote team. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of proactiveness, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities include creating comprehensive sourcing plans, optimizing budget, maximizing applicant flow, using data results to evaluate marketing programs, managing vendor relationships, and supervising talent acquisition marketing staff.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels
- Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas
- Ability to manage a remote, results-oriented team
