Product Demand Planner

The Product Demand Planner plays a crucial role in analyzing sales and marketing data to accurately forecast future product demands.

This involves planning inventory flow, analyzing statistical data, and generating forecasting solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to inform inventory management decisions
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify patterns and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of demand plans
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of demand forecasting models and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a demand planning/forecasting role for an FMCG company
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge, with ability to apply concepts to real-world problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information to stakeholders

  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Capable of working independently, with minimal supervision, while also being able to collaborate effectively with others
