Jewelry Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the transition of our jewelry company's operations to Zoho.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing systems, as well as training team members on utilizing Zoho effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Migrate data and processes to Zoho (inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations).
  • Ensure seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking.
  • Maintain and optimize the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books.
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho.
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
