Job Title:

Senior IT Project Manager

Job Description:

This role is accountable for managing the project financial performance, coordinating efforts of various functional areas to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Senior IT Project Manager will act as a trusted business partner in advising on upcoming initiatives regarding feasibility, decomposition into MVP, release planning, solution options, capacity utilization, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the ideation and scoping process closely with business and product owners, solution designers, and vendors to ensure that business initiatives in the pipeline undergo proper feasibility analysis, scoping, and release planning.
  • Ensure timely completion of product/project assigned for technological development or enhancement and that the tribe is capable to deliver the current and future technology requirements.
  • Monitor adherence to procedures and controls at each process, ensuring all relevant functional requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality and cost-effective service to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders to monitor, track, and report performance across stages of ideation, scoping, development, and delivery against strategic initiatives, prioritization, road-mapping, execution alignment, agreed processes, and metrics.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to team/peers and support in achieving targets.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing complex projects and product development.
  • Knowledge in managing agile methodology.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Experience managing resources with diverse skill sets for agile delivery methods.
  • Experience working collaboratively with diverse business and IT teams.
  • Experience in enterprise architecture/solutions architect or related function, able to perform product design and analysis.
