Role Description

The Head, Documentation and Control Department is responsible for overseeing the documentation process, ensuring that all documents are accurate and complete, and meeting deadlines. This includes reviewing and approving legal documents, as well as supervising a team of documentation review officers and assistants.

About the Team

Our Credit Control and Documentation Division is responsible for ensuring that all loan and credit line facilities meet the required documentation standards. We work closely with other business units to ensure that our processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve legal documents as Documents In Order for all approved loan and credit line facilities.
  • Supervise the documentation functions of Documentation Review Officers and Documentation Assistants.
  • Ensure updated documentation policies are cascaded to the documentation personnel in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of solid experience in dealing with institutional credit concerning conglomerate/large accounts. You should also have strong exposure in reviewing and documentation covering syndicated loans and restructured loans.
