Job Title

The Client Services Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration between the virtual assistant team and clients, aligning their performance expectations.

This role is ideal for professionals who excel in leadership, are adept at managing complex workflows, and can effectively communicate with high-level professionals.

We seek a dynamic individual who can foster strong relationships with clients, drive business growth, and provide exceptional support to the virtual assistant team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute daily operational plans to meet client objectives.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists that boost productivity and profitability.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and supporting their business growth.
  • Manage conflicts and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field (preferred).
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management (with knowledge of operational processes).
  • Excellent English language skills (written and oral communication).
  • The ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with high-level professionals.
  • Self-motivation, organization, and a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
