As a junior .NET developer, you will play a vital role in our Energy Management Services team, contributing to data integration, database management, UI development, API connections, and system design using SkySpark deployed on Azure.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Data Integration: Developing scripts to import data from diverse sources at scale with minimal manual intervention; Harmonizing heterogeneous data and automating tagging using Axon/Fantom or similar tools
  • Analytics & Rules: Performing time-series analysis and exploring tagged data in SkySpark (Axon); Collaborating with domain experts to translate requirements into Axon functions; Implementing rollups, pattern recognition, and statistical analysis to generate actionable insights
  • SQL Database Management: Designing, implementing, and maintaining SQL databases tailored for SkySpark data; Optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity; Writing and tuning SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation
  • UI Development: Working with designers and front-end developers to build intuitive, responsive user interfaces
  • API Connections: Designing and developing RESTful APIs to connect SkySpark with external systems; Implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms; Contributing to system architecture discussions and component definitions; Collaborating with senior developers and architects to deliver scalable, reliable solutions

You will need strong fundamentals in .NET (C#) and object-oriented programming principles, as well as experience with SkySpark (Axon/Fantom), Grafana, Azure cloud services, SQL, RESTful API design, version control systems (Git), agile development workflows, and time-series data handling.
