Job Description:

This role involves overseeing the successful implementation of real estate technology platforms for clients. The goal is to ensure seamless onboarding and a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a product expert, staying up-to-date with platform updates and enhancements.
  • Manage project timelines, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure timely platform launches.
  • Conduct client calls to set expectations, review setup progress, and ensure proper configuration.
  • Identify and resolve implementation challenges, proactively addressing delays and risks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communication with clients, ensuring transparency throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align platform setup with client requirements.
  • Handle post-launch setup corrections and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to build trust with clients.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills – able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Tech-savvy and quick learner – ability to navigate and troubleshoot software applications.
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented – maintains accuracy in documentation and workflow execution.

A stable internet connection and professional home office setup are required. Experience in real estate technology or SaaS implementation is a plus.
