Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Workplace Transformation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of digital workplace solutions and productivity tools across our enterprise.

Your primary responsibility will be to stay up-to-date on the latest product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools, identifying relevant features for our employees.

You will conduct research on industry best practices and identify opportunities to apply successful strategies within our organization. This will involve understanding how our current solutions are being utilized, establishing adoption/usage baselines.

Based on your findings, you will design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption/usage, including training, communications, and hands-on guidance. You will also deploy new features or execute incremental changes as needed.

Serving as the subject matter expert for end-user inquiries and issues will be an essential part of your role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment, as a team player.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requiring minimal supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
