As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and populating social media calendars
  • Creating engaging social media posts using templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Developing social media copy aligned with brand guidelines and tones
  • Scheduling and managing posts on HubSpot to maximize engagement for brand awareness
  • Conducting regular reporting and providing insights for optimization of social media channels
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team on job content and testimonials
  • Implementing a digital marketing content strategy across various channels
  • Optimizing email campaigns to improve deliverability, click rates, and conversion rates
  • Updating website copy for SEO and support with job ads and functionality

Requirements:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience
  • Exposure to AU/UK market and previous marketing experience in brand-related projects is ideal
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, CMS, and marketing automation software
  • Interest in medical, healthcare, and/or recruitment sectors
  • Proficient in CMS, marketing automation (like HubSpot), and Adobe Suite or Canva
