Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a skilled machine operator in a fast-paced hotel environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all machines in good working condition to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on motors to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.
  • Record and track maintenance activities for each machine and motor.
  • Repair work orders and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure the general area is well-lit and safe for employees and guests.
  • Provide regular reports to the Chief Engineer on departmental activities and progress.
  • Attend meetings as assigned by the Chief Engineer to stay informed and contribute to team discussions.
Requirements
  • Technical college diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in direct kitchen engineering in the hospitality industry.
  • Basic English communication skills.
