Key Responsibilities:

- Source high-quality ingredients and materials, establishing strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and optimal delivery schedules.
- Prepare and present menu items that meet or exceed established taste, texture, and presentation standards, continually refining techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, labor costs, and other key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to optimize kitchen efficiency and profitability.
- Stay abreast of changing culinary trends, flavors, and techniques, applying this knowledge to continuously improve menu offerings and drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record as an executive chef or sous chef in a high-end hospitality setting, preferably in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Expertise in classical French cuisine, as well as contemporary twists and modern cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of cooks, sous chefs, and other support staff.
- Proficiency in menu planning, costing, and inventory management, with a keen eye for detail and financial acumen.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism even in high-stress situations.
