Job Overview

The Senior M365 Support Engineer is a critical role in managing and optimizing messaging, communications, and collaboration technologies. The position requires problem-solving capabilities for incidents logged by clients and/or alerts from infrastructure monitoring.

  • Ensure Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are achieved by taking ownership and responsibility for cases that come into the Support Management Center in a 24x7 support environment.
  • Monitor queues for incoming alerts and incidents.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure speedy resolution of client issues.
Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of escalated cases, managing communication between customers and vendors.
  • Participate in various roles during client-facing escalations and post-incident reviews/lessons learned activities.
  • Provide reactive and proactive patching services, including risk assessment, scheduling, and customer change management procedures.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of experience in IT industry with respect to infrastructure and application support background.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Administration, Exchange server administration, M365-Exchange online, Teams, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, identify problems, and evaluate alternative solutions.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong technical knowledge base.
