Job Title: IT Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Lead to lead a 2-person IT team and drive automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building automations, partnering with accounting on D365 BC/QBO processes, and maturing M365 governance. They will also lead/mentor 2 IT Specialists and implement runbooks, SOPs, and a lightweight CoE.
