Content Specialist Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Content Specialist. The role involves creating engaging content that drives conversions and fuels our business growth.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Content Specialist who can develop high-performing ad creatives that win clicks, drive conversions, and scale campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns.

  • Develop clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across multiple platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms and what makes content convert
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics
