Job Purpose:
The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and market changes to ensure continued competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a senior sales role with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
