Senior Dynamics Platform Leader

A senior leader is required to oversee the technical management of our Dynamics platform, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-performing teams and developing strategic solutions that meet client needs.

The role involves defining the architectural vision for our Dynamics platform, designing tailored solutions that integrate with other platforms, and collaborating with senior leadership to align platform direction with business objectives.

The Senior Dynamics Platform Leader will also engage with prospective clients, present our Dynamics capabilities, and act as a technical lead in presales activities. They will work closely with account managers and clients to develop strategic plans and identify opportunities for platform expansion.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, allowing them to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. They will also be able to represent our organisation publicly at industry conferences and events, strengthening our reputation within the Dynamics and broader tech communities.

This role is fully remote, with occasional travel to Manila for events and executive functions. The candidate will also be expected to manage irregular hours and on-call responsibilities.

Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years in Dynamics 365, including technical management and solution architecture within a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Industry Engagement: Demonstrable experience representing an organisation publicly, whether through conferences, online platforms, or industry events.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure preferred.
