Job Title: Full Time Ads Creative Manager

This position is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills in leading a creative team and developing innovative strategies for performance-driven advertising. As an Ads Creative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of high-performing ad content, managing a team of video editors, and ensuring all creatives meet platform compliance and brand guidelines.


About the Role
  • Lead a team of three video editors to deliver top-notch ad creatives that drive measurable performance across Meta campaigns.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies, angles, and concepts tailored to DTC physical products.
  • Oversight and direction of UGC content creation, scripting, editing, and testing at a fast pace.
  • Create and edit video ad content as needed.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, hook/hold rates, CVR) to inform creative decisions and optimize results.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and internal teams.

Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proven experience in managing creative teams and driving high-performing ad campaigns.
  • Hands-on proficiency in video editing software and a track record of creating engaging ad content.
  • Strong background in performance creative for physical products on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
