Customer Support Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients via chats and emails.

Your primary focus will be on building positive relationships with customers, meeting set targets, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Main responsibilities include handling sensitive customer information securely, applying best practices in customer happiness, maintaining knowledge of our products and services, and collaborating with developers and other departments.

To excel in this role, you will need native-level Dutch and English communication skills, at least 6 months of experience in customer support, and personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain.

You should also possess analytical and research skills, as well as a positive and responsible attitude.
