We are seeking a highly skilled Cryptocurrency Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. They should also be familiar with CRM systems and community management tools like Telegram and Discord.
- Maintain a positive attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond to comments and community member queries in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Our team works together to improve the server and community experience, increase engagement, and activity. The successful candidate will provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and assist with other matters relevant to the role.
Key Requirements:
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Intercom.
- Ability to navigate community management tools like Telegram and Discord.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
