**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transaction Management: Process financial transactions for clients, ensuring accurate coding and reconciliations.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform end-of-month account reconciliations for assigned client accounts, researching and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Credit Card Activity Review: Review client credit card activity, preparing itemized lists and coding charges per industry standards.
  • Monthly Financial Analysis: Follow up with clients on unrecorded income/expenses, cross-check statements for accuracy, and respond to client questions about coding decisions.
  • Payroll Administration: Record payroll transactions using templates, prepare journal entries, upload to cloud-based accounting software, book benefit bills, and reconcile clearing accounts.
  • Account Maintenance: Assist with maintenance in areas such as revenue coding, payroll, balance sheet accounts, maintaining strong accounting practices and attention to detail.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Good written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented; able to learn new concepts with written and hands-on support
  • Experience in cloud-based accounting software

**Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multiple accounting software platforms
  • Understanding of property management accounting principles
  • Familiarity with industry-standard accounting charts
  • Experience in report generation and analysis
  • Prior experience with financial auditing or financial review
