Job Role:

DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building functional systems that improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement integrations requested by customers to meet their needs
  • Deploy updates and fixes to ensure system stability and security
  • Provide Level 2 technical support for complex issues
  • Build tools to reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization and design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role with good problem-solving attitude and team spirit
  • Good knowledge of Ruby or Python, working knowledge of databases and SQL
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
  • Able to sync/overlap with AUS timezone
