About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems
  • Take technical leadership in all stages of the software development process
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in software design, development, and testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of software development processes and standards

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in software development with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with ability to guide junior engineers
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies and version control systems
  • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and containerization technologies
  • Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends
